Tripfetti is a loyalty rewards program established and owned by shoptravel Group Inc. (“shoptravel”), designed to reward members for eligible travel booked through our website, www.shoptravel.com (“Website”). By registering for, accessing or participating in Tripfetti, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all terms of shoptravel’s website which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not participate in the program.

You must have a registered shoptravel account to participate in the Tripfetti program.

Tripfetti is linked to your individual account, cannot be transferred to another member and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The program is only open to individual Canadian residents if you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence.

Account Limit: Limit of one account per person and per email address. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be subject to termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Tripfetti.

Exclusions: Corporations, businesses, commercial entities and wholesale buyers are strictly excluded from participating in the program. Residents of Quebec are also excluded as shoptravel is not yet registered to carry on a travel agency business in Quebec.

Tripfetti membership is free. The $500 launch signup gift is no longer available. New accounts do not receive a launch signup gift.

Member-exclusive prices and promotions are available immediately upon joining. Existing balances and previously awarded signup gifts are preserved, subject to their existing redemption and expiry terms.

Additional Tripfetti may also be awarded through:

• Events

• Giveaways

• Referral programs

• Marketing campaigns

• Seasonal promotions

• Other special offers

Promotion-specific conditions will be communicated when Tripfetti is awarded.

Promotional offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn by shoptravel at any time, without prior notice.

Tripfetti is earned on eligible bookings made through shoptravel.

Current earning rates are:

• Hotels: 2% (e.g. $2.00 in Tripfetti for every CAD $100 spent)

• Vacation Packages: 1.5%

Tripfetti is calculated based on the eligible booking value, excluding taxes, surcharges and other incidental charges. Tripfetti is calculated based on the net purchase amount before taxes and other charges after all discounts, coupons, or promotional offers are applied. If you cancel a purchase, the Tripfetti earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your account balance.

Exclusions: Tripfetti will not be awarded for the purchase of gift cards, credits, charity donations or specific restricted items as determined by shoptravel.

Your estimated Tripfetti earnings will be displayed on eligible search results and during the booking process where applicable.

No Cash Value: Tripfetti has no cash value, is not property, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable: Tripfetti cannot be assigned, transferred, shared or sold to any other person, family member or account.

shoptravel reserves the right to update or change earning rates or promotional offers at any time.

The Tripfetti you receive when you join is added after your account has been successfully created.

Tripfetti earned on eligible bookings is added after you've completed your eligible trip.

Until then, Tripfetti earned on eligible bookings will appear as Pending in your account.

Once your eligible trip has been completed, your Pending Tripfetti will move to your Available Tripfetti and can then be applied against future bookings on shoptravel

Available Tripfetti can be applied toward eligible bookings made through shoptravel.

Each eligible booking has its own pre-calculated maximum amount of Tripfetti that can be applied toward that booking.

The maximum amount varies by booking and will be displayed during the search and booking process where applicable.

You may choose to apply any amount of your available Tripfetti, up to the maximum amount shown for that booking.

If your available Tripfetti exceeds the maximum amount permitted for a booking, any unused Tripfetti will remain in your account until it expires.

Tripfetti has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred.

You can view your Available Tripfetti, Pending Tripfetti, upcoming expiries and Tripfetti Activity within your shoptravel account.

Tripfetti received when you join, awarded through promotions or earned on eligible bookings expires (i) 18 months after the booking or promotion through which they were earned or awarded; and (ii) if there is no activity in your account for a consecutive period of 18 months. “Activity” is defined as a qualifying purchase or a valid Tripfetti redemption associated with your account.

Applicable expiry dates are available within your Tripfetti Balance. shoptravel will provide you with notice of impending Tripfetti expiration where required by applicable provincial laws.

Expired Tripfetti cannot be reinstated.

Tripfetti can only be earned and used on eligible bookings made through shoptravel.

Certain products, suppliers, promotional rates or booking types may not qualify.

The amount of Tripfetti that may be earned or applied varies by booking.

Eligibility and available Tripfetti amounts will be displayed during the search and booking process where applicable.

If an eligible booking is cancelled, refunded or modified, any associated Tripfetti may be adjusted, removed or returned to your account where applicable.

If Tripfetti has been applied toward a cancelled booking, any applicable return of Tripfetti will be subject to the booking's cancellation terms.

shoptravel reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue the Tripfetti program at any time, including but not limited to:

• Earning rates

• Redemption rules

• Eligible products or bookings

• Signup gifts or other promotional offers

• Expiry rules

• Program features

• These Terms & Conditions

We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any material changes or termination by posting the updated terms on our website and/or emailing registered members.

We reserve the right to deactivate or terminate any account without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, Tripfetti-buying or any violation of these Terms.

Compliance: Your participation in the program is governed by our privacy policy in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation.

Data Use: By participating, you consent to the collection, tracking and analysis of your shopping habits, purchase history, and website interactions to provide personalized promotional offers and marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

The disclaimers and limitations of liability set out on the shoptravel website are incorporated herein by reference. For greater certainty, shoptravel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program, including any technical malfunctions of the website or unauthorized access to your account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
